    It's 36* and clearly the Frosty Booty 5K. Surprisingly, I was dressed just fine. It did however take a little longer to warm up and find the groove. Everything was great, minus the wind.

    C'mon, I mean... really!? I had a really tough day at work, and I wanted to use the frustrations from today and put into my run. I couldn't because my legs were toast from BodyPump.

      @Anh, the warmer weather is on the way (or around the corner). I want to put more focus into running and less on the cycling. But, I think in the end my legs will benefit. I really wanted to run.

    Awesome! I did however go a bit too heavy with some tracks, but I did what I could. The music was really nice, all top 40! I feel like Wonder Woman when I can lift the barbell over my head.

      @Anh, there were moments I were complaining but then thought "you are a runner, suck it up". If I can run a half marathon, I can definitely lift a barbell over my head.

      @Sandra, I couldn't turn down 50* temps. And so what I've become more of an "athlete" this Winter? I'll take the mild temps anyday that allow me to run outside.

    Hooray! Finally, a successful run. The missing ingredient was intervals. Of course, I do run faster outside, but the goal was to just run. Next time, I'll change up my speed. It felt great!

    So, I woke up really sore from BodyPump. The plan was to take a rest day, but the post-endorphin rush from yesterday kept me going still! It was an easy ride. I'm ready for a new level.

    It was tough, and a few students walked out mid class. I wanted to do the same, but I didn't think it was appropriate. I couldn't keep up, and her "moves" needed to be simplified too.

    Surprisingly, I wasn't into this despite my need for speed. It was extremely painful at the end of my ride because my achilles tendon froze up. I couldn't walk. I'm not sure what happened.
