      Cristian, still a good hour under the belt. Sometimes when it isn't going to plan you are better walking away, damage limitation as it were.

      Yeah, I have to somehow trying to get my LSR early in the morning rather than at the end of the day cause by then I'm totally knackered from playing with the girls for the day !!! hehe

    First session on the turbo trainer. Just to test it really. They say you need a fan, now I know why. It was an easy session and I could see the droplets of sweat forming in my arms ....
