    Woo-hoo! Twice in one week. I also did upper body weights while standing on the bosu. Ok, two sets on the bosu, and one standing on the floor.

  15. guess who has a new pr? Me! Chip time for today's half was 2:07:28. I know I am not as speedy as many of you but it is a record for me. More later when I am at a computer.

    will this work for rutgers unite half marathon? Shirt is purple and shorts have lime green on side. I don't have red because I was going to wear a red running skirt.

    last run until HM on Sunday. I decreased cool down mile to a half mile so I would have plenty of time to stretch and use foam roller.

      Nice run Crissy! I have half on Sunday as well but I'm choosing to run an easy few miles tomorrow (I took today off) and then also taking Saturday off. Can't wait to see your results!
