    I took speed work to the treadmill. It was supposed to be 7 miles but I couldn't finish cooldown.
    1 mile at 10:20
    3 miles at 8:41 with 10:20 half mile jogs
    At least I got speed work miles in!

    Roughly my time. My GPS watch stopped working and I didn't want to waste phone battery on running app. Not a bad morning run. Amazing how that happens when you fuel and hydrate properly!

    This 2 miler was hard because I did my long run yesterday. Did lots of stretching afterward and I am taking tomorrow off before tempo run on Friday.

      Think of today as a shakeout run after yesterday's long run. Taking tomorrow off from running is a good idea to rest your legs.
