      Way to go!! I can't imagine running a full in Denver, I ran the half and that kicked my butt. That's why my first full is in Vegas, flat and lower elevation. You're way tougher than me!

    Haven't been posting anything but my longer runs!! Oops :/ This run was a great one along Clear Creek bike path with some fog and humidity...Very cool...Very Fall! Loved it.

    This was a super HILLY run. Approximately 89 feet of elevation change per every mile! Longest distance I have run to date since my 14 miler.... Bring on the 20!! (in 2 weeks, please!) YAY!!!!

    First 4 or so miles ... blah ... the rest was wonderful! I didn't realized how big Sloan's Lake is and how beautiful it is!! It wasn't crowded 7AM as other Denver parks can be. Nice Run...

    Felt crappy the first 3 miles, and then I started feeling really good... despite the fact I woke up at 3AM to take the hubs to the airport this morning!!!
