    I have mixed feelings about this run. This is my first run in WAY WAY too long. diagnostic PT test 2 mile run. I did better than expected but not as good as I would like.

    This was a BIG Hike with all the camping gear from we hiked in the night before. Noah did a great job. We climbed 1700ft and back down 2000ft to the car.
