Good run today. There were some rough trail miles in the last 10, but finished last couple on flat ground and was still able to run at 10 minute pace give or take. Run was about 1/4 mile longer than shown as I forgot to turn my watch on after an aid break.

Things I'm happy about after this run:
1) That it's over!
2) No cramps in my left calf. This is the final piece of information to convince me that my problems last year were due to diet and over-training.
3) Was able to maintain decent pace at the end.
4) Other than a couple "off the clock" breaks last 10 miles, very little walking/resting throughout.

Now, a well deserved nap.
