      If you have an iPhone you might want to check out Runmeter GPS. It uploads my runs to dailymile seamlessly at the end of each run.

      Thank you Anne. It wasnt even a long distance. It was just a couple of bad decisions on my part about footwear... stress then kicked in and... well.... in the end... it was great to have the group there. It made a big difference in my mental state.

      Nooooooooo way! Real small world. As for the floatys... I thought the suit was buoyant enough... BUT if you want i can find like a inflatable duck or something. =P

      My cat will for some reason be across the room... and the only way to get to the other side is right between me and the computer while I'm writing my Facebook stuff on the bed. Sometimes he'll just get halfway and just plop down on my hands while on the keyboard telling me in his own way 'your done with the internet stuff ok' now scratch me and pamper me...'

  17. Found a place to shower and change near work. So now I can skip the lunch if it's nice out and go for a run AND it does have the workout stations!!! Cant wait for Monday now!
