At 50 yards and had to stop and fix my goggles. I thought oh great its gonna be one of those days. Then I did 500 yards at an easy pace. The plan was to do another easy 500 but after the 500 I felt good and kept going. Made it to 1000 still feeling good and get on going right on to 2000 yard. Kind of a Forest gumpish swim. :) Just tried to keep it stead and focus on a good catch in the water.
