      Not even close to ready. I need a ton of work on the bike. I still feel so weak on the hills. And with the race being in Boulder there will be lots of hills. The next 3 months will involve lots and lots of hill work.

      Thanks! I have been work on it a LOT this winter. Been going to the pool 4-5 times a week. I also changed they way I train at the pool as well. Doing that I have dropped from struggling to hit a 2:10/100 to now felling like a 1:43 is a sluggish effort. Goal is to be at around a 1:30-35/100 by Ironman in August. Would love to finish the IM swim in around an hour and fifteen to twenty minutes. Less time in the water= more energy for the bike and run, :)

    1000 yards then 2- 500 yard sets is all I had time for this morning. Had my blood drawn for several routine tests right before going for the swim so that did not help much.
