    2 X 100 Warm up
    16 X 100 continuous freestyle
    2 X 100 cool down.

    Felt good in the water. Did not try pushing the pace just wanted to try building back some swimming endurance.

    Turned on the TV and climbed on the bike and pumped out a few miles watching Seinfeld then some Idol. Legs are tired after that one.
