      @ Amy T. - I have the Rocky Raccoon 50k in Huntsville State Park on November 1st that I am getting ready for. After that, it will just be the Houston Marathon. I have a few aches and pains I hope to work through before the marathon.

      @ Karen F. - the run was all done on streets. Thankfully the traffic is not too bad that early in the morning. I still have to pay attention and get off of the road occasionally. I don't trust the drivers to be paying attention. I also wore a flashing light to help them see me.

    I started slow and felt worse as I went. I had planned on 6-7 miles, but turned around at 1.5. I felt exhausted and did not have any energy. Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day.
