    After an easy warmup pace I kept increasing over the hills to about 7:30, then backed off for the last two or three. Good workout and ankle tendons are healing every day.

      Nice! You ever try the kinesiology tape? That always seems to help when I'm recovering from tendon issues. I like the Rock Tape. Seems to stay on better than the KT brand.

      I do have some k-tape, but hadn't thought it could help this tendon. I'll definitely look into it now...Thanks!
