    I felt really good. I'm such a fairweather runner and I'm way too much of a wimp to run outside for now. So I guess I'll put up with the darn treadmill.

    It was great! The gym had begun opening at 5 instead of 5:30 so that makes my morning much easier to deal with. That extra half hour is a real difference maker.

    I really wonder just how accurate the mileage and timing of the treadmill really is. Oh well, I felt great and worked up a wonderful sweat.

      Great 6 on the dreadmill always a good time. I think my TM is way off seems like I work so much harder than outside at a slower pace.
