    The penultimate run. A nice intermediate run in the sunshine. Needed some time to think about things. Onlly 1 more day left for running and I can't decide what I wish to do.

    Night run. Legs and arms were tired from gym workout(weights), but Achilles seems fine. Again, no pain during nor after.

    Very promising! Best run in a long long time. No Achilles pain during nor after the run. Managed ~4M at sub MP. I have a lot of catching up do, but I should start my taper.
