    good time talking with friends so it wasn't a difficult walk/jog

  2. Went walking the past two mornings with girls in my neighborhood. Had a great time, but I just wish it was later in the day.

    Went ok, but I definately need to make sure that I am getting in my workouts daily. I have let myself slip so far backwards it is crazy

    Ok hip is still sore so I wore my Reebok Easy Tone shoes and just got in a really good walking workout.

  5. Watching DVR'd Biggest Loser then I am heading out for a walk. Hip is giving me some issues soo going to walk for an hour and not really worry too much about speed.

  6. Is there anyone in Sebastian that would like to train together. I am pretty slow, but need an accountability partner at least.
