Legs just wanted to go tonight. I was leading our pack for most of the ride. It was a good night for riding (it was dry) but it did get a little chilly.
Long, lonely and flat. Very flat.
Mentally hard. But done.
Woohoo!! Come move south! I've been known to love running with others! Great long run! Rest up.

Thank you :) Running is not 100% yet, but I wanted to try and see what would happen. I think if I didn't ride the day before I could have got the last 2k in. Another day. But I'm glad I did it :)

#dailymission Favourite post race indulgence.... I really don't have one. I usually treat myself to a venti caramel macchiato from Starbucks... that's about it. (I run for coffee) :)
Nice Saturday ride to Ft. Langley for a coffee :) Lots of cyclists out there today. It got pretty warm on the way back.
A few hills - elevation gain of 274m
Legs felt heavy. Was going to do 10 but cut off at 7. Great night to be running. And it was the inaugural run in the K4's. :)
Today was my debut as a pace bunny. I was the 2:15 half marathon bunny. I crossed at 2:15:04, my bunnies crossed before me. I'd say that was a half decent bunny time.

Easy little evening ride. Felt good. It was a great temperature. Good night to be outside.

This was a double loop. Super headwind going out on the fist & second loops. Awesome tail winds on the way back though. 37km/h with the tail winds
