    Legs just wanted to go tonight. I was leading our pack for most of the ride. It was a good night for riding (it was dry) but it did get a little chilly.

      Thank you :) Running is not 100% yet, but I wanted to try and see what would happen. I think if I didn't ride the day before I could have got the last 2k in. Another day. But I'm glad I did it :)

    Nice Saturday ride to Ft. Langley for a coffee :) Lots of cyclists out there today. It got pretty warm on the way back.

    Legs felt heavy. Was going to do 10 but cut off at 7. Great night to be running. And it was the inaugural run in the K4's. :)

    Today was my debut as a pace bunny. I was the 2:15 half marathon bunny. I crossed at 2:15:04, my bunnies crossed before me. I'd say that was a half decent bunny time.

      Good luck!! Looks like you're having the same weather we are... I hope the race stays cool enough to enjoy even at the finish. You should do great... the route looks a bit flatter than the Seattle Rock'n'Roll
