      You won't be running in the afternoon on race day. Remember the race starts early! If it's too much, we'll all just slow down a bit. Trust the work you've been in so far! You'll do great!

      No...my toes on my right foot kept cramping up and going numb, especially on long runs, so I went to FF because I figured I just needed new shoes (no pain or issues anywhere else and a few ppl suggested that) and Jeff confirmed that I needed a different shoe. Now the toe thing gone but the knee thing on opposite leg...

      I agree with Mandy. We've put on some major miles lately, you body may be mad at you. Eat protein, Ice when you can, try to remember to warm up, cool down, & stretch. Remind me to do the same.mmmmmkay?
