    Walk/run. Keeping the feet relaxed seems to help tremendously with preventing shin splits. Took some hills today too!

      No, there is a new place (O.G.E.R. Cross Fit) that opened downtown near the building I work at. I've heard really good things about it, so I'm going to give it a shot. I need to whip myself back in shape and I do well with rigorous boot camp like group settings. I will let you know how it goes!!!
