      you should!! I had a 1 mile streak going years ago and kept it up for 6 1/2 years. I could always go more but 1 mile was the minimum. good memories of that time!!

      I knew whenever I stopped it would be for a good reason. It took getting a really bad case of mono in which I was hospitalized for a week. The steak had to end! I never started the one mile streak again but sometimes I think about it!

      Yes.. Im just battling some small-ish issues. My lungs are not adjusting to being back to running and my left leg (hip actually) is not happy either.
