Hey guys, sorry i've been away for a while, but I am officially back. Soccer season is over, and training for the two half-marathons I plan on running starts today. Hope all is well with everyone!

    We lost out in the first round of our tournament. But we had a great season with some awesome guys and i'm looking forward to the fall season. It's way less competetive and I won't be worried about keeping my touch so fresh, i.e I can focus more on running.

    this is week 4 for smuttynose half training cory, early days though for someone with your base. i am on hal higdon's novice II but I think I will kick it to the intermediate plan and add that speed work in
