      Nice run! Sounds like you need some more long slow miles! A bigger aerobic base will allow that speed to come out!

      Thing is up until a week or so ago, I was fine at FASTER than this pace. Was knocking down 7:30/min per for 4-5 mile runs. Just been the last few that have messed with me.
