good With the Family! 1.9 mi 00:37 19:22 pace

I tried a bit of running today, but totally zonked and forgot water. :( Also, this was the first time I ran using the stroller and WHOA that sure ups the difficulty.

    • Chanie P.

D'oh! No water means a walk for me too. Way to get out there though, behind a stroller no less.

My rule (borrowed) is that stroller miles count twice. Plus, you'll feel super-fast the next time you run without it! Way to go.

Yes you will!! Completing that first 3 minute and then the first 5 minute jog is an amazing feeling. Then you know you can do it again! Doing with gunk, though, ugh!! Hope you feel better soon. Take care!!

Yaaaayyy!!! Good job! I have a hard time with the heat too. My bad-day in week 4 was in warmer-than-usual weather. I'm a major heat wimp.

Other than my one bad day for W3D3, which I repeated yesterday OK, I didn't find W4 harder than W3. I just queued up 5 minute songs instead of 3! I start week 5 tomorrow. D1 isn't scary, D2 is a little scary (EIGHT minutes), but then 3 looks INSANE (twenty minutes, wtf?!). Congrats on completing the first third of C25k!! Good luck with week 4!

Excellent job! Most people have a hard time with the heat, and even once you adjust to it, the runs aren't quite the same. At least they aren't for me, I can't wait for fall!
