Exercise walk of shame. At least I"m not carrying high heeled boots while walking to my car. Feels just as bad though. Time to get my ass in gear.

Theresa, it's true. I feel awful from not working out this past month. I"ve been tracking calories during the week, but fail completely on the weekends. 30 minutes is nothing. I can do this!!!
