    Fun race. Glad I didn't know how big the hill was at mile 7 until I got there. Didn't push it, just enjoyed the race!

    Fun long run with a fun group of ladies! Tried to keep the pace around 10:30. Course had hills, asphalt and pavement, great CO marathon race simulation!

    6 intervals of alternating 400, 600 meters, with 200 meter walk break in between. Felt good, but I was tired, and it was really cold.
