  7. RUN
    alright Provo River # 2 11.15 mi 02:10 11:39 pace

I seriously feel like chopping my knees off. I think I run pronate (rolling from the outside of my heal to the inside) when I run, so I'll need different running shoes with different support.... read more

A little bit of pronate is good. I do it too. Hope your knees feel better for the big day. Can't wait to see you guys this weekend.

I need a more permanent fix than the pain-a-trate and some ibuprofen. I really think new shoes would make a difference... now it's just a matter of affording them and finding the right ones. Shoe stores don't exactly let you go for a run to see if you like the shoes. I want this pain gone!
