This was a "Recovery" bike ride, after riding over 30 yesterday and feeling my muscles a little tight. True to my nature - I rode English Loop - a hill route - rather than flats, even though I was determined to take it easy! :D LOL I DID take it easy though... and my body is in HEAVEN! Also... It was a BEAUTIFUL ride by the lake! grin emoticon
