Estimate on distance and time. ...FIRST long ride this year, and I did it with my honey. It was almost all flats, and we rode a very comfortable, talking pace. IT WAS WONDERFUL! :D My legs feel it a little. My butt did surprisingly well. :) I think I'm ready to bike around the lake! :D (Hopefully... I think the hills will be challenging the first time or two).
