First 5.37miles 8:28 pace... Another 1.16 mile at 8:57 pace. This was the first time I have gone more than 5.3 miles in over 15 months. :o My legs felt different as I continued for that last mile, like they weren't used to continuing on. Yikes! Need to keep going farther off and on!
