Good run. Better than the last two, (in which I realized I was sick after one of them). I ate a banana today, and did NOT get cramps. In the past bananas gave me cramps. Salt helped. BUT since I overdosed on salt the past few days with coleslaw, I figured my body would be ready for potassium. :D It was. :)
