    getting back on the treadmill...I set myself a challenge on instagram and I committed to 300km this year. finally felt well enough to start

      Me too. I'd hoped to kickstart earlier in the month. stupid flu. but I think 300km for 2016 is doable...probably exceedable..and I should have some endurance back by spring so I can run train River
