    It took 10k for my legs to wake up today...ah well - probably a good thing that I kept it slower. I have a 5k to kill tmrw. Super freaking windy.

    Had an easy 5k on the schedule...so I pushed myself but took walk breaks. Felt great out there but boy was it ever windy.
