It went really well considering I barely got any sleep last night and I still have a chest cold thingy happening. Started an hour after I wanted too and almost considered not running. GLAD I DID. Impressed with my times - still can't believe my splits.
1-9:10, 2-9:04, 3-9:13, 4-9:14, 5-9:20, 6-9:37, 7-9:36, 8-9:50 and 9-9:59.
I stopped at mile 3, 4.5, 6, 7 and 8 - for water and glucose monitoring.
Feel good. Ended with a huge ice bath - legs feel amazing. Happy Saturday!
