great Day 2 - Legs 01:00

Glad we focused on legs, because I can barely move my arms from yesterday! Lots of squats w/kettle bells, jump squats, lunges, wall sits, calf raises, leg ext. and more. Left w legs shaking...i foresee sore quads tomorrow. LOVED IT!
