My "no running" week is OVER! Day 1 of half marathon training - take 2 has begun! The run felt a bit hard, but I know that will get better! 1st long run is Sunday - plan says 8 miles....that should be interesting! Hubby is going to do it with me, he is not nearly as excited as I am - lol!
