Woke up with a BS#of 126 - SO HAPPY!
Had PB toast and tea.
Did my speed workout (gosh I'm SO slow now) 1- 9.32, 2- 9.32, 3- 9.45, 4- 9.49.
Felt great, tested 1 hr after run with no fuel and BS#184.
Took 2 units insulin and ate eggs/spinach/hummus chips
Feel awesome.
