Nice slow run to test the ankle(still wearing brace)...felt "ok". Felt better than when I started the half-marathon but not close to 100%. At least I'm getting back on track...

Raining outside...hit the treadmill. Went really well...no problems with shins! Felt like I could run another mile or 2 with no trouble but didn't want to press my luck...
