    Nice long run on gravel, minimal hills, plenty of shade. Using Generation UCAN ahead of time was great - no energy dips. Love this stuff.

      Thanks Cora. Not too bad. At least the weather has been fairly good this summer and not super hot. Only running 3 days a week which makes it easier too.

    Got to start late due to extremely heavy traffic. They moved the start because of having to re-open the roads and I'm not convinced it was a full 3.1. Still a fun time though!
