I pushed 3 kids in a double jogger so about 160lbs for 3 miles, lol- I was going to walk.....sshhh it! I ran instead :) Then I went to the track and worked out a speedy mile but too bad I was TOAST - I have been sick for the past 3 days- my throat is sore- post sinus hay fever really bad- woke up on Tuesday with fever and pains- still managed double run days- next day I ran 6 in good pace and then yesterdays double run- I crashed at 9pm EXHAUSTED and today I rested. Tmrw long run if the throat is ok.
