    ugh- felt great at first, but then right hip flexor began to bother me - progressively worse, until decided to walk/run it in. stretching and babying seems to help alot.

      Don't beat yourself up on the time. Marathons are tough as a bad day is a long day. Pat yourself on the back for finishing.

    hmmm- felt very slow, and turned back earlier than usual - legs tired and tight from the day before. But just realized as I was entering this that it actually wasn't that slow!
