    It's always hard getting back at it after vacation but I knew if I didn't start off the week right it would just get more difficult.
    Body pump pushed me this morning, and that was good!

      7 Mile run with my daughter Kylee on the shores of the Puget Sound while on vacation. I was in vacation mode so it was a challenge just to make myself do it, but so glad I did!
