    Haven't been running but went out there. Ran 4 min/Walked 2 min. which I highly recommend to anyone getting back into things. I need to get a cheap watch that has intervals.

    16 free throws, 1 3pt. Inside of elbows were broken the next few days.

    I haven't swam as exercise since I was about 8. Did 10 lengths, or 5 laps? Used a kickboard for half of them. That was EXHAUSTING! =)
