      Glad you are on your way to a full recovery from your awesome marathon. Probably not going to run the Buckeye challenge this yr since I have a 5K next Saturday and I want to drink and enjoy the Buckeyes Sat. night.

      LOL It's funny how that competitiveness kicks in. ^Cindy always gets sucked into that on our runs and I love it whenever other runners come into view 'cause I know she's gonna find the extra gear to get them. Go easy the rest of the week and have a great race on Sunday!

      Hope the PF gets better. When I had it a couple of years ago, I rolled a frozen water bottle under my feet a couple times a day until it melted and then quit wearing dress shoes at work. It went away in a few weeks.

      Sorry about the pain...I know how you feel. Good news is you have all of your training in & can afford to cut back. You may want to think about the graston technique if you dont see improvement.
