    I varied my pace all over the place on this run. I went as fast as 6:30 and as slow as 10:30 pace. Pretty sure it would be considered a fartlek.

    I walked between 800's @ 17:00 for 200. I wanted to do more but the first 4 800's kicked my butt. Afterwards I did a chest and ab workout.

    I looked outside and saw blizzard conditions and decided to enjoy. I did forget my Garmin but timed the run with my watch. I am pretty sure I was the only person on the trail.
