    I'm starting to DREAD my treadmill runs! But it's too dark and cold to run at 5:00 AM. Come onnn, spring and summer!

    I set an alarm for an early Sunday get up so I could squeeze in a SHORT jog before Mass and a day full of out-of-town company. Better than nothing, I guess!

      Nice 3 miler and weights. I love lifting upper body as well, probably my favorite.
