      Have you looked at some different ways of tying your shoes? That can help change where the pressure is. Is it a new version of the same shoe you were wearing?

    30 jumps on to a low step
    40 kettle bell swings 8lbs
    50 wall ball w weightless ball

    Few push ups and chin ups for fun. Didn't feel like running today.

      Aw. Kinda wish I ran it now. Sounds like despite the cold, this was a good run for you! 21.1 *is* hard, don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise. You're a trooper for doing this one in the bitter cold, way to go. And I'd say an 18 minute PR is pretty darn impressive! You did something right! :)

      18 minute PR is worth celebrating! A half marathon is never easy and I imagine 30K won't be either, but if you wanted easy you wouldn't be running. :) You have a lot of time to get in that training for that last 9K and I have no doubt you will be more than fine. Congratulations!
