    Way better than my last 6Km! Felt good throughout. Took it easy the first 1/2 to 3/4 then tried to pick up my pace a bit near the end.

    crappy! I felt sooo sluggish and tired. I had to stop 2Xs to take walk breaks--ugh!

    I met my goal: I wanted to be able to run the entire hills without walking, and I did :) Hopefully next year I'll be able to do the same--but FASTER! Lol.

    Pace slower b/c of hill work...not too bad. Was definitely easier than steep hill at Waterworks!
