      Nice work! Good practicing. I've recently had to pay attention to my pelvis tilt bc it is apparently the root cause of my hamstring! Seems to be helpful though...funny how these adjustments work out so well and eventually become the new normal!

    Another hot one, heel and calf are sore today, so rode instead. Was a nice hilly ride....all good until the flat tire @ mile 18...but made it back.
