Centennial Trail - HR run

Ran on the dirt singletrack next to the paved Centennial Trail. Goal was to keep HR under 135. Trying to re-build aerobic base and (hopefully) utilize more fat than glycogen for fuel. Was still a little tired from Saturday's half. Heel hurt just a little. Got stiff late in the run.
Incidentally, this run put me at exactly 1000 running miles for the year - for the first time ever.
