39:51 out (7:58 pace), 38:10 back (7:38 pace). Didn't feel as peppy as I did on Saturday, but not a bad run. The best part was seeing a hottie cycling on the trail. She happened to be my wife, who rode as I ran. ;-)

Nice bonus on your run today. Great split also.

Thanks all. It's always more fun knowing my wife is pedaling up ahead of me. She's not quite ready to ride my 18 miles (and up) runs, though!

It was beautiful. I wore the same outfit as on my profile pic. Wasn't sure if I'd get cold, but felt just right. I'd love to see this weather stick around, but it looks like rain is on the way.

Nice work - you must be in taper mode? Listened to a little Bob Marley parody called "Running" - you know anything about this. As Chris R says - you are possessed Colin. Great work - I loved it!

Thanks Brendan!
I'm not really tapering yet, but since I have a half on Sunday, I'm structuring my training a little differently this week. I'm going to run back-to-back halves to simulate marathon fatigue (that's the plan, anyway). Then next week I'll be running my first 20-miler in training.
