Not much to say here. Just a typical slow recovery run. I guess I could say that the only time I wished I weighed more are on days with winds as gusty as they were today!

    I'm pretty slight, at 5'11" and 146...but the gusts almost stopped me in my tracks a couple of times! Chris, the "trails" are actually paved trails in a residential area. There's some tree (& house) cover, but sometimes there was a "wind tunnel" effect!
