Great job keeping up that strength work, Colin. How's the hip feeling these days?

Thanks Sandra. My hamstring is the offender (although my hip barks at me sometimes.) It seems to be improving, although I've been so busy that I haven't had time to test it on a run. I need to get on the bike a lot more, but again, that old time bugaboo. Got to get the house ready to sell AND do my regular work, too. I hope to get on the bike this weekend.

Nice spin to loosen up the legs. Hope you had a good trip--I have a friend who owns/runs a vineyard in the eastern part of the state (Quincy, I think).

I've been through Quincy. It's just about in the dead center of the state. We were visiting my folks in Spokane (not far from the Idaho border.) Had a great trip. Hope you enjoyed your Easter!

Spokane is the topic of conversation around here lately. . . . my daughter wants to apply to Gonzaga. A bit far for me, but we have lots of Seattle connections so I guess I could handle it. I've never been east of the mountains. I think it's time for a visit, though! :D
