    Bike is still in the shop, so went for a slow, easy run again. This run puts me at 99 miles away from 10,000 lifetime miles. Hope to get there this year, if the knee will let me.

    Beautiful weather. Couldn't resist a run, even though the knee isn't run-worthy. The slow pace helped. No sharp pain, just a dull ache.
