Good easy pace, Colin. Some days it takes more discipline to slow it down than it does to crank it. Well done.

That wasn't discipline, that was tired legs from yesterday (plus not being awake yet)! Agreed on taking it easy on easy days though - I keep my Garmin showing time of day and distance only (never pace).

Surprisingly few runners - cool breeze off the lake (upper 40s). Today is warmer so it'll probably be more crowded; we'll see!

Also put together a preliminary training plan at http://bit.ly/100BRXu, similar to what I ran for Space Coast last year. It's based on Pfitzinger's "Advanced Marathoning" with a twist of Hudson's "Run Faster".

Program looks good, Pfitzinger programs are hard to follow to a T, too many races scheduled and fast running. unless you recover like a 20 year old prodigy
