    Lovely run on the beach! At first it was cold and super windy, but as I got used to the temp it turned into a great barefoot run. The wind was a challenge and it was fun!

    This actually went pretty well. No splitting pain in my heel. I concentrated on doing quick, short steps. My arch started hurting at the end so I started walking.

  13. Does anyone want to run Race for the Roses on April 1st? Groups of 3 or more get $5 off each. Half marathon, 10k and 5k are the options. Let me know....
